FARM TO TABLE BY CHEF D

Chef Darrell strongly believes in supporting local farms and other local businesses.  He wants to deliver a farm to table experience in your home or vacation rental. 

Chef Darrell grew up in Michigan, moved to Arizona where he attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute and graduated with a B.A. in 2010, before moving to San Diego in 2013.  Trained in classical french cuisine, he then worked under an Italian chef, where he fell in love with the Italian ideology of simplicity, and use of fresh, quality ingredients.

With over 20 years of experience cooking professionally, let Chef Darrell take care of the shopping, prepping, cooking, and cleaning, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy an amazing dinner with your family and/or friends.
